This Privacy Policy explains how ALLIMNI | عَلّمني (the “App”), developed by ALNAJJAR TEAM – SMART DIGITAL SOLUTIONS, handles information.
1. Information We Collect
The App does not require an account and does not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, precise location, contacts, photos, advertising identifiers, or other personal information.
2. Learning Data Stored on Your Device
Your selected language, difficulty level, favorites, learned words, progress, word-change interval, and related preferences are stored locally on your device. We do not receive this data.
3. Home Screen Widget
The App and its Widget use Apple’s App Group technology to share the current word and learning preferences locally on your device. This information is not sent to ALNAJJAR TEAM.
4. In-App Purchase
The optional Full Version is a non-consumable in-app purchase processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple handles payment information. The App only receives purchase and entitlement status needed to unlock paid features. We do not receive your card or banking details.
5. Advertising, Analytics, and Tracking
- No third-party advertising.
- No third-party analytics.
- No cross-app or cross-site tracking.
- No sale or sharing of personal information for advertising.
6. Speech and Audio
The App may use Apple’s system speech features to pronounce learning content. The App does not record or store your voice.
7. Children’s Privacy
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children or other users.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
Learning data remains locally on your device until you reset it or delete the App. App Store purchase history is managed by Apple and may be restored using Apple’s Restore Purchases service.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated.

1. المعلومات التي نجمعها
لا يتطلب التطبيق إنشاء حساب، ولا يجمع الأسماء أو عناوين البريد الإلكتروني أو أرقام الهواتف أو الموقع الدقيق أو جهات الاتصال أو الصور أو معرّفات الإعلانات أو أي معلومات شخصية أخرى.
2. بيانات التعلّم المحفوظة على جهازك
تُحفظ لغة التعلّم والمستوى والمفضلة والكلمات المتعلَّمة والتقدم وفترة تغيير الكلمات والإعدادات المرتبطة بها محليًا على جهازك، ولا تصل هذه البيانات إلينا.
3. أداة الشاشة الرئيسية (Widget)
يستخدم التطبيق والـWidget تقنية App Group من Apple لمشاركة الكلمة الحالية وتفضيلات التعلّم محليًا على جهازك. لا تُرسل هذه المعلومات إلى ALNAJJAR TEAM.
4. الشراء داخل التطبيق
النسخة الكاملة الاختيارية هي عملية شراء دائمة غير استهلاكية تتم معالجتها بواسطة Apple عبر App Store. تتولى Apple معالجة معلومات الدفع، ويستقبل التطبيق فقط حالة الشراء والاستحقاق اللازمة لفتح المزايا المدفوعة. لا نستلم بيانات بطاقتك أو حسابك البنكي.
5. الإعلانات والتحليلات والتتبع
- لا توجد إعلانات من جهات خارجية.
- لا توجد خدمات تحليلات من جهات خارجية.
- لا يوجد تتبع عبر التطبيقات أو المواقع.
- لا نبيع المعلومات الشخصية ولا نشاركها لأغراض إعلانية.
6. النطق والصوت
قد يستخدم التطبيق ميزات النطق التابعة لنظام Apple لنطق المحتوى التعليمي. لا يسجل التطبيق صوت المستخدم ولا يحتفظ به.
7. خصوصية الأطفال
لا يجمع التطبيق عن قصد معلومات شخصية من الأطفال أو من المستخدمين الآخرين.
8. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها
تبقى بيانات التعلّم محفوظة محليًا على جهازك حتى تعيد ضبطها أو تحذف التطبيق. تدير Apple سجل مشتريات App Store، ويمكن استعادة الشراء من خلال خدمة «استرجاع المشتريات» التابعة لـApple.
9. التغييرات على هذه السياسة
قد نحدّث سياسة الخصوصية عند تغيير التطبيق أو المتطلبات القانونية، وسيتم تحديث تاريخ السريان أعلى الصفحة.
